Here is one of Hisshi resources on the web that I find relatively easy to navigate

 

 

When you click the link above, you will be directed to Home page of Yumoken. Select the Hisshi Flash (The circled button shown below)

 

Yumo's Hisshi Page will load. Then select the circled button below

 

The flash shogi board will load. Select the first button to layout the pieces. Push forward button to see how the problem solution. (you still need to figure out checkmate part though.  if you keep clicking on the forward button, more hisshi problem will be shown, or you can simly select the desired problem in the lower left Window. Use Skip button to skip to next problem. Hover your cursor over the "Flash!!" button for continous play. There are over than fifty examples you can explore here!
